RiboPaint

RiboPaint is utility toolbox for making publication-quality secondary structure diagrams in MATLAB. It paints chemical mapping reactivity values onto a diagram. For a quick preview:

Installation

RiboPaint does NOT require HiTRACE. To install RiboPaint, simply:

• From GitHub, download the zip or tar file of the repository and unpack; or

git clone https://github.com/ribokit/RiboPaint.git

• In MATLAB, go to “Set Path”. Then “Add with Subfolders” of the target path/to/RiboPaint/.
